- In Excel or Word, click the Insert tab.
- In the Text group, double-click Signature Line. The Signature Setup dialog appears.
- Type the needed information and select the options that you want. Click OK.
- The Signature box appears.
- To sign the document or spreadsheet, double-click theSignature box.
Note You may be prompted to save the file. Save the file.- The Sign dialog appears.
- You can type your signature or click Select Image to insert a signature image file.
- First you need to know where the quick acces toolbar is located at
- Left corner next to the microsoft button
- click the arrow that is on the quick acces toolbar and clickCustomize Quick Access Toolbar
- Click the office button and then click save as
- Click the tools button in the save as dialog box
- Then click General Options on the tools menu
- after it displays the general options dialog box just type the passwords that you want on the workbook.
- Click Ok
- Then excel displays a confirm passowrd box and just re enter your password
- click ok
- and then click ok in the save as box
- First open Excel
- click on the Review Tab.
- Under the changes group click on Track changes
- After that you have several options either to accept the changes or reject change and that is all.
- that is basically how to track changes in a workbook.
- Open the workbook that you want to inspect for hidden data and personal information.
- Click the Microsoft Office Button
- click Save As, and then type a name in the File name box to save a copy of your original workbook.
- In the copy of your original workbook, click the Microsoft Office Button, point to Prepare, and then click Inspect Document.
- In the Document Inspector dialog box, select the check boxes to choose the types of hidden content that you want to be inspected.
- Click Inspect.
- Review the results of the inspection in the Document Inspectordialog box.
- Finish
